Your feet are very important part of your body, they help you stand up, they help you walk, they help you run and jump. They support the weight of your entire body.
Did you know when you rub your feet, you are also helping your eyes, ears, sinuses, heart, lungs, stomach, kidneys, intestines, – all of your internal organs, your bones, muscles and nerves?

On the bottom and top of your feet are about 7200 little points called reflex points. When you rub or push on these points energy is sent to a particular nerve, gland, organ or muscle in your body.
This type of healing work is called reflexology that is a deeply relaxing and energising holistic therapy.
Reflexology aims to release any blockages and restore the free flow of energy and blood circulation to the whole body. Specific massage technique is applied to reflex areas in the feet (and/or sometimes the hands) which correspond to tissues, organs and systems throughout the entire body.
